Hi Aaron,
Unfortunately there were only 50 limited editions printed and I believe they have all been given to the contributors of the document. We do have a couple of copies here which you are welcome to come and see or you can download a digital pdf version from the RCA website: http://www.rcacontrolprint.co.uk/
