Stapling is an inexpensive and secure way to bind small publications. Stapling the center of the booklet is called “saddle-stitching” or “center-stitching,” and is used for publications printed on large sheets of paper folded in half. Stapling on the edges of pages is called “side-stitching”.

Loop Stitch
Loop stitching is a form of binding where the stitches (staples) form a loop that can be used to hold the book in a binder. Loop stitching is basically the same method of binding as saddle stitching, however a special stitching head is used that produces a loop in the outside portion of the stitch. With this type of binding books can be put into binders without the need of drilling.
Perfect Binding
Conventional perfect binding is an adhesive based binding process. It is how most paperback books are bound. Folded sections are gathered to form a book block, and the spine edge is glued with bookbinding glue.
Wiro Binding
Wiro binding is a process by which the book is placed on the determined length of cut wire and them pressed to a circular form. Wiro binding is unique, in that it is offered in an array of different colors and furthermore allows you to lay the book open flat. Common applications of this type of binding are calendars, computer and operating manuals, cookbooks, reports and more. We offer standard wiro binding, Calenders with thumb cuts and hangers, both Half and Full Canadien, and back cover bound styles.
Half Canadian/Full Canadian
Half-Canadian binding is when the pages of the book are bound together by spiral rings. The front cover of the book is one long piece that is folded back, over the spine of the rings, and to the back of the book.
Full-Canadian binding is when a book is bound and there’s a bit of space between the spine of the case of the book and the spine of the bound pages. Spiral rings go through the pages and the cover, which create the spine. Just imagine a spiral notebook, except the curves of the spirals are not exposed.
